The statutory enforcement fees may be changing
The Ministry of Justice has announced a review of the fees and charges that apply to debts enforceable under the Tribunals, Courts, and Enforcement Act 2007 (TCE) and outlined in the Taking Control of Goods (Fees) Regulations 2014.
The proposed changes are shown below. These changes are yet to be confirmed, but we will update this notice once an implementation date has been decided.
